Cancellation Policy:
Once your lesson is confirmed, our coach fully commits to your time slot and will decline other students for that slot. Please understand that when you forget, late-cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, the coach miss the opportunity to fill that time slot with other students.
For Private Lessons:
- Cancelling within 24 hour before the lesson: FULL lesson fee
- Cancelling within 48 hours before the lesson: $500
- Cancelling outside 48 hours: $100 per hour booked (court fee + admin fee)
For Group Lessons:
- A lot of effort has to be put in to arrange suitable times for different all students in group classes. Therefore, once the lesson is confirmed and finalized, no changes can be made (our coaches will check with each student first before confirming the lesson). Any cancellation or no-show by the student will forfeit full lesson fee
Inclement Weather Arrangement:
- In the event of inclement weather (rain, or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above hoisted), students will be notified by Whatsapp within one hour before the lesson
- No charges apply. Lesson will be rescheduled

Fee charges in the case of rain during the lesson

Within first 20 mins – free of charge
After 20 mins – 50% of full fee
After 30 mins – 75% of full fee
After 45 mins – 100% of full fee
